Unfortunately, I haven’t stayed at this hotel. I made a reservation for myself, my dog and cat in case weather got bad. I called the hotel on multiple occasions to ask questions and front desk staff, Marie was pleasant each time! My last call was to ask the hotel if they had a back up generator in case the power went out and she responded that they didn’t. She was very apologetic and the hotel was canceling reservations free of charge. Although, I was interested in staying in the hotel since there was no generator, my experience booking the reservation was smooth and pleasant due to Marie. I just wanted to take a moment and shout her out!
We were very happy to have found this hotel. We were kind of in a crisis mode, and needed to find a pet friendly hotel last minute to spend the night. The hotel staff were very accommodating and provided us a very nice room. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The location was close to several places to eat and fuel up. It is also located right off I 85 so it was very convenient for getting back on the road. A really good place to stop and recharge.
This is the nicest Comfort Suites that I have ever stayed in and I have been a Platinum member in the past. The hotel was clean and modern. The room was amazing.....it exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. We will next time we are traveling through. The room with the hot tub was great!! Book it while you can.
Yolonda is a vibe! She is the most energetic desk clerk i have ever encountered! She makes your stay! Always smiling and laughing. She greeted everyone that past that desk while I was standing there. The room was great too! The housekeepers were always cleaning something when I walked through! And overall great experience!!
Our stay at Comfort Suites Greenville Airport was excellent. Although we don’t often stay at Choice brand hotels, this property made us fans. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. Marie at the front desk especially stood out for her genuine kindness and helpfulness, and both management and maintenance staff were equally pleasant. The hotel was very clean and clearly well maintained. Our double queen suite was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for my adult daughter, two grandchildren, and me during our three-night stay. We appreciated the indoor pool, convenient laundry facilities, and the great location right off the interstate near restaurants, Walmart, and Target. Breakfast was decent, and while additional dairy-free or gluten-free options would have been appreciated, the breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent staff, a clean facility, and a convenient location. We would definitely stay here again!
I had a room for 3 days .My first time there. The staff was awesome and the room was high class. Very clean, and has seating area 2 queen beds, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, big flat screen TV. Plus big bathroom with extra large glass shower. The breakfast is amazing. All fresh items. I highly recommend this place.
Great experience, absolutely nice staff both day and night, rooms were nice and clean I love the decor, simple but very nice….loved the walk-in shower. i stayed on floor number 2 during my stay. I have no complaints, everything was a perfect stay, i didnt have a pet but they are pet friendly …the breakfast was great too. I was here on a business trip. The transportation shuttle was great as well. They were on time and swift with transport. With any issues the staff had it fixed within a reasonable time. This has been the best stay ive had at any hotel. Even better than some resorts ive stayed at. Keep up the great work. 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐⭐
My stay was started slowly but Yolandaand Lauren the manager change my start. The two of them made a tremendous difference and Comfort Suites Greenville Airpoert is the place to go for great service and accommodations. I will be back!
